Desired Candidate Profile:

It involves meeting & interacting with retail customers, assess their credit worthiness, identifying their specific needs and suggesting optimal solutions. It also involves loan processing, creating and retaining quality portfolio through counselling, risk management, process improvement, commitment to external and internal customers through effective communication thereby adding value to customers and LMEFS. Enhancing business from existing corporates, establishing new arrangements with corporates / developers for generating business for LMEFS.

 

Job Description:

Searching the Clients and Corporates who need the finance and loan services & recruit the Agents as per Lekha Mudra polices.

Target - 15 Loan Files per Month, Minimum Loan file Amount will be not Rs.10 Lakh.

Benefit - Salary Support up to Rs. 15,500/- Monthly and On extra files incentive is Rs.550/- per file with Commissions.
(Salary will be payable when 70% files are Successfully Disbursed Done. Otherwise incentive is Rs.550/- per file with Commissions will Provided) Attractive Commission on Disbursement Amount.
 

** If Target Not Complete Current Month, It Will Be Include in Next Month Facilities Will Be Provided on Completion On 1st Target. LMEFS Reserves All Rights.
